This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all digital products offered by PemberPodcast, including companion packs, character insight cards, timeline maps, location guides, plot infographics, author-style notes, and any additional downloadable materials. All items are delivered in digital format and become available immediately after purchase, which means they cannot be returned in the traditional sense. For this reason, refunds are limited and evaluated carefully to ensure fairness both to the customer and to the nature of digital goods.

Refunds may be granted only if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
If you submit a request within 24 hours of purchase and the files remain untouched, we may approve a refund. Once the download link has been opened, viewed, or saved, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Refunds may also be approved in cases of accidental duplicate purchases.
If you unintentionally purchased the same product more than once or encountered a technical billing issue, we will verify the transaction details and process a refund for any repeated charges.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on style preferences or misunderstanding of the product description.
All listings include previews, explanations, feature breakdowns, and visual samples to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Since digital content cannot be “returned,” we cannot issue refunds for subjective reasons such as expectations that differ from the provided description.

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, we will immediately provide a corrected version.
In the rare case of a technical error, we will send an updated file or an alternative download link at no additional cost. Ensuring product accessibility is part of our quality guarantee.

Customized or personalized digital products are non-refundable.
Any pack created specifically for your chosen story, with custom elements, personalized analysis, or tailored visual materials, is considered final. However, if you find an error or missing element, you may request revisions according to the guidelines included in the product description.
